5 /5 Emily Scott: I had a pleasant experience with these guys. I called them because I was trying to get into a new place and had an old debt on my credit. I was very nice to them and they nice back. They gave me payment options and also offered me a settlement. I had no issues with them. Very straight forward.

1 /5 Detsione Clayton: My first encounter was with someone who was quite possibly the rudest person that I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. We were (and still are) in a pandemic so it’s not like a lot of us had much of a choice as far as falling behind on certain things. Even tho I was never even notified or given the chance to make arrangements to pay this debt, I still sent them a money order (because they do not have an online payment system and will only accept MAILED checks or money orders) over a week ago and when the post office attempted to deliver it, they had moved. Now here I am 10 days later and they still can’t find out what’s going on or where my $769 money order is smh. My lease is up at the end of July and I’m SOL until this is ever cleared up and out of $769. Really appreciate it Mike Arrington. Thanks for nothing.

5 /5 Bryan Baker: No one likes a collection agency... They want money and are probably reporting something that is negatively affecting your credit score. I wanted to throw in my 2 cents and share my very POSITIVE experience with Blakely-Witt and Associates. I found out that I owed a debt, from an old apartment, that I needed to get taken care of. I called them, they were super friendly and had a letter waiting on me when I got there releasing me from the debt and stating that they would remove it from my credit report that same day. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and was treated as a person... Not as if I was the scum of the earth. I had a debt, I paid it... And it was a relatively pleasant experience, considering the situation.

1 /5 Janet Hernandez: Rude Ass Hell!! Paul Phillips you are one rude A-Hole!!!! If someone calls your office wanting to negotiate their account, something that was sent to you/collection agency then maybe you should hear them out first. Just because someone gets an account sent to collections, doesnt make them a Bad person or a delinquent & by the way you speak to people. You sound hateful & I would HATE to be face to face with such a Person!! Your Mother should have taught you some manners before sending you out to the real world.! Now Ill just let that collections stay pending & will drop in the next year or so. ! :) thanks tho! nice doing business with You, NOT.!!!

2 /5 Taylor Ann: Never in my life have I ever been talked to so rudely! I went to apply for an apartment & on my credit check I "owed" a previous debt from a previous apartment! When I called and said I needed to pay the debt, which on my credit report showed as $154, I was told I owed over $1000! When I asked how this was possible when my CREDIT REPORT said $154, PAUL PHILLIPS said that "they typed it in wrong." Um, dont think so. I never ONCE got any type of phone call or anything in the mail regarding this past due payment. I had no idea!!! This was nearly 4 years ago that I left that place. I contacted my previous apartments and they were able to find my unpaid debt and it was NO WHERE NEAR 1000! It was just $200!!! I am a little nervous that they will never dispute this from my credit report. These people are a bunch of complaints and I will be placing a HUGE complaint.
