5 /5 Chelsea Arnold: The Bergquist firm took on my auto accident case, I am grateful I was given them as a recommendation. Ms. Ebony Wright, along with Mr. David Bergquist handled my case. The negotiations with the insurance companies were lengthy. Ms. Wright went above and beyond to explain the complexity of my injury due to preexisting conditions. Ms. Wright was able to get the insurance companies to see the full impact of the injury I sustained with lasting impact, and she provided top compensation in my case. Id definitely recommend them in the future, I truly appreciate their professionalism, dedication, and determination with my case.

1 /5 Dustin Cox: Received a contract from them. Was told that prior to any additional expenses that would be subtracted from my portion that it would run it by me for approval. When I asked that this be added to the contract the very irritable lawyer told me they would not, but would send a e-mail to that affect. Perhaps there would have never would have been an issue, but concerning that such a very simple request would be met with such hostility and frankly rudeness. Either way, not a fit for me. No worries, Houston is not short on PI lawyers. :-)
