1 /5 Dan Gleason: Stay away. Allstate is way overpriced, does everthing they can to deny claims and then you cant get rid of them without a ton of bullshit. No,.. Texas law DOES NOT require you to send your new declarations page! Damn snoops....

1 /5 Abigail Honzell: Brenda is very rude and very irresponsible. She does not go above and beyond to take care of her clients. The picture I have attached is her response to me when I pointed out that something she said was going to be done almost 2 weeks ago still hasn’t been done. Her response is unprofessional and petty. She makes that business look bad.

5 /5 Pete Oppel: I have been a long-time Allstate auto insurance policy holder, who recently canceled my policy because I decided I had reached an age where I no longer wanted to own or car or drive at all. (Hint: I am older than President Joe Biden.) So I contacted Mr. Raymonds office to request a cancellation. Brenda Ruiz responded immediately and handled my request in a kind and respectful manner. I couldnt be happier with my service from Mr. Raymonds office throughout my years of his office handling and managing my policy as well as the kind and graceful manner in which we severed that relationship.

She has gone above and beyond and worked multiple days with great communication to ensure the job is done right. I would highly recommend.
