1 /5 Dat Phan: I recently had an inspection at my business conducted by Dulce Rodriguez from the Water Utilities Quality Control department, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The inspector was rude, arrogant, and unwilling to provide any helpful guidance. Instead of fostering a cooperative and educational approach, the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. As a business owner in Beaumont, I expect city officials to treat the public with professionalism and respect. Inspections should be an opportunity to assist businesses in maintaining compliance, not a frustrating ordeal due to poor attitude. I have also brought this issue to the attention of city officials, including Mayor Roy West’s office, as I believe this is a matter that needs to be addressed to ensure better service and accountability. I hope the city takes action to improve the conduct of its inspectors so that future interactions with business owners are more constructive and professional.

4 /5 Tonya Chronicallyillsoldier: Beaumont is a beautiful place. Only been once but enjoyed all that we saw and did. Embassy Suites was nice and so was my first time being at a Pappadeauxs. Loved Gator Country and the bowling alley we visited. Scenery was nice. Loved the downtown area of Beaumont.

1 /5 cool blue: Was driving by on the 10 east and you guys stop traffic and put a bunch of police officers causing me and everyone trying to go anywhere 2 hours in traffic just for a couple barrels this is why your city sucks

1 /5 Summer: They wouldn’t turn on my water for because of one ID. Extremely unprofessional in the service they provide. People should not go even a day without water. I paid $115 just for the water to be connected and they literally won’t send anybody out here today. My grandma experiences urinary inconstinence and has to go the bathroom frequently but she can’t because we don’t have any water. We have to drive to stores and pray they let her use the restroom. They have no empathy for any customers and are very rude.

1 /5 Lynn Alfred: EMERGENCY I have tried for 6 years to find out what is going on with our water and no one can give me any information. We cannot drink it because you run to the bathroom every 30 minutes now its brown we it fixed . We have all these people moving to Beaumont. DO SOMETHING I also see the has cut the grass on the vacent lots in the north end you never did for African Americans we know DO NOT SELL YOUR LAND BEAUMONT IS WHERE THEY WANT TO BE 1 HOUR FROM THE DOCTORS IN HOUSTON TX AND THATS WHY YOU ARE GETTING ALL THE CALLS TO SEE. ITS A BIDDING WAR.
