1 /5 Sam Day: Initially seemed to sincerely care about justice and serving their client. However, as time went by, realized they were just greedy and money hungry! Nickled and dimed us to the sum of about 60,000 when initially estimated to be about 20,000 to 25,000 dollars! Their gustapo finance guy had (Ricardo) had the audacity to call the day before trial demanding more money for a half day court appearance when there was 15,000 in the account! Charged a minimum travel time to court when we were not the only client they saw in court that day, minimum to open or forward an email, etc! Simply put, they are an okay law firm that will argue a decent defense, however it will come at a very high price financially! They do not care about the client, only about the money! We could have gotten about the same result with a public defender! With this being said, I would never recommend them! Use this law firm if you are filthy rich, if not keep looking, as they are misleading and will milk your finances dry with minimal work on their part! Shame on their law firm and how they prey on their clients and reap the benefits financially! They do not care about their clients or justice, unless you have tons of money!

1 /5 Willy Nillie: I spent $10k to have them represent me in a DWI case (first and only one in 45 years, accident not my fault, denton county texas). They did help me along through the initial portion of the ALR hearing process, etc. (albeit somewhat of a struggle in itself to convey my needs for the occupational license), but fast forward to now - a year later - the second my case starts to roll through the courts, they dump me onto another contracted attorney Ive never heard of and didnt hire, after Ive paid this firm in full the standard flat rate fee of $10k(!) . . Im not sure what they do thats so great, but my advice is: if you have $10k you can spend on a lawyer for DWI in Denton county, DO NOT buy into their slick talk. Theyll tell you how great they are at even this particular issue, and just blow you off at the end once youve paid. I realize now that I shouldve have shopped better for an individual of my choice that specializes in the county. I probably wouldve saved a lot of money and been better served than by some random contract lawyer (Marisa Dunagan, Dunagan PLLC) of their choosing who seems to have no experience in the county of my first and only dwi offense. A month in jail seems to be my best resolution in an accident that wasnt my fault in the first place. Second accident: believing in this firm. I think i wouldve done just as good or better with a public defender. What a waste of money. .
