1 /5 Gilbert Corrales: If I could give this place a 0 I would. Its the worst place to ever bank at. Im done with this place. You go to cash a check that is from the same back and it takes hours or even days. Its every time I have to cash a check. Worse mistake Ive made coming here. Chase, wells fargo, any place but here. Closing my account. You never have enough people here to run the place. People just stand waiting on normally 1 person working horrible service

1 /5 Steven Edwards: This is the worst bank. Take forever to talk with some one. Actually went to a branch to close account and could not close due to no bankers available to assist me. Spent ours on phone trying to close but it takes to long to be on hold that long

1 /5 Thad Garlinghouse: It amazes me that bank of America wont cash a bank of America check written by an insurance company that was founded over 100 years ago and issued to a local business that was established over 40 years ago . Its very apparent why the avg rating is 2!

1 /5 Betsy Ortiz: Every single time I come to this bank on 7th street in Odessa, I stand in the business lane and I always get ignored. Why do you have a business lane if we are going to be ignored. The ladies there see you but they just like to ignore because they can. Bad service. Does not deserve a star at all. Worst bank ever. My husband decided to go there for the business. I warned him. Very bad service.
