1 /5 Full Frontal Investigation: Ladies in the office are very rude, no greeting or anything of that sort. Most of their noses are so high in the air you couldn’t pilot a 777 up to them. When asking one of the office ladies a question another one came over and felt it necessary to put her two sense in the conversation. Next time two people are having a conversation it’s best just to stay out of it unless you’re asked. I will spend as little time here as possible. You can expect very short rude answers from me from now on since thats the attitudes everyone portrays at this office. So much for having that small town vibe.

3 /5 t Cas: I usually have a lot of good things to say here...the office is typically very helpful. I called to confirm a zero balance on a propertys taxes and was told by 2 different people there was nothing outstanding. I took that as valid, and a month later received a letter from a collections attorney. This could have been easily avoided if they would have just LOOKED into the two account numbers I was enquiring about.
