1 /5 lizbertify: Regardless of how many calls I made to try and fix my issue, and how many call back promises they give me, I never got one, not even one call back!
It gets tiring to keep calling, keep explaining your issue over and over and never get a call back. On one of my calls following up, all I got was the CSR stating that she didnt understand why they didnt call back but they put a comment on my account stating that they couldnt help because the merchant gave me an option.
An OPTION means you have a choice of more than one. The merchant gave me ONE impossible option that nomatter what, cannot fix my issue except for my bank chiming in. They didnt care to call me back regardless of how many times I followed up after their promised window had lapsed. They didnt care to follow up with the merchant to understand the situation further. The bank want to protect themselves as much as they can.
Truth be told, I regret opening more than one accounts with them. The last call I made today, May 13th 2025, I had an absolute lead will call back after she finishes her current call. I asked if she was sure, because nobody has called back regardless of the several attempts I made to try and get my issue resolved. Guess what, as their trend, nobody called back and this is now after 7pm, banks have closed. I wonder if she was on another call after all, or it was their way of getting me off the call.
Closing the accounts as soon as possible.
