1 /5 Rashad Miller: This business is extremely unprofessional. They never answer the phone, doesn’t matter if you call in the morning or just a couple hours before closing, it’s like no one works there. The place feels like a ghost town, and the employees clearly don’t care about helping customers. Instead of providing service, they come across as lazy, unproductive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Some people live out of town and can’t just drive up to make payments, but the staff makes zero effort to be available by phone. It’s frustrating and completely unacceptable.
