1 /5 Vick C.: Does anyone know if this locations in-person banking service still opperates? Because when we went to CU at La Frontera branch yesterday, the door was locked and the room inside was pitch dark. The only thing opened was the ATM, which was not the service we looked for. There was no sign hanging at the door noting to customers about its new hours or if it was moved to a new location, and calling the phone number only led us to the automatic response from the machine. We ended up having to drive all the way to the other side of Austin that took us very long time to get important errands done.
Our family has been customers to CU at La Frontera branch for many years, and we were truly disappointed yesterday. Truly appreciating for any response from the branchs manager or the company.
Thor Thornhill Jason Hurta handles all Retirement funds and investing for our 30+ employees at my Engineering firm. My staff comments often about how hands-on he is, how knowledgeable, and most importantly that they can tell he really cares about their future. Id highly recommend Jason to any company I know and do often. Im also aware that he is a Deacon in his church and is well know for having impeccable moral character, which is extremely important for someone handling your money.

I have since been doing my banking at this location, and David and his staff are TOP NOTCH! They provide the customer service in banking that I am accustomed to, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my banking needs! I cannot recommend the bank enough, and David is exceptional!

Adrian Olivarez I dont even want to continue at this bank anymore. Seems like almost every customer service representative is rude. I remember waiting 20 minutes before closing (I didnt realize they closed at 430) to talk to a loan specialist. She sees me waiting as she talks to her collegaue as I and had further questions about my account. As 430 draws near, she escorts me to the door and says I can email her questions. Being in customer service for 20years, Ive never known to kick someone out during business hours until you remedied all customer questions. Beware banking here. Can be unprofessional
