Amegy Bank - Rosenberg (TX)

4 /5 Jorge Ventura: There is only one ATM, and it is always breaking down or not dispensing cash. Update: Things are much better with the ATM. They installed it several months ago. Its a newer model and its always available when I need it. Ive been pleased with my bank and I even refinanced my auto loan through them with a much better rate. I felt I needed to update my review with 4.5 stars.

1 /5 Adame Garza: They deserve no stars. This banking institution holds direct deposits for days then informs you they never received it, even if you have proof they did. This about the worst bank Ive ever had and Im glad I decided to leave today.

1 /5 B Robertson: Do not bank here! I have had two accounts with them for over 12 years. After surgery and a bit out of work, I needed some assistance with some things. No help or understanding whatsoever. Then, after the HURRICANE, my paycheck was late to arrive. The paying agency did not send the checks on time due to NOT HAVING ELECTRICITY. I tried to stop payment on some bills but missed a few- it was all happening after the storm- so everything was a bit crazy. Amegy stuck me with TONS of fees. I asked for some grace and leniency due to the situation. Nope! Not once did anyone from the branch reach out to me with concern. It is a cold, awkward branch that will kick you when you are down. Many of their business practices are very outdated. There are much better banks out there. I just stayed with them out of a sense of loyalty. Boy, do I feel stupid now.

5 /5 QueensJack: Never a problem there in the decades I have banked there which even predates the Amegy name it has now. Any problem at all will be rectified by the bank manager, should one arise as this is a hands on as well as available on site management operation. They are always happy to meet with you to advise on types of accounts and options available to counter charges for many services too, just speak with any of the representatives on hand to do so, I have and a solution has always been found.
