1 /5 Pilar Zavala: i was given a quote , 351$ down , just to be told right after they charged my card that we can’t complete the process with the policy because i don’t have a texas ID. okay cool understandable, i was told i’d get my money back in 24 hours, it has now been a week and a day, no money back , i’ve called a million times just for them to forward me to the AMAX in other cities / states , had to come in person twice , just to keep getting the run around , the first time she told me i would get my money the next day for sure , now today i’m being told they don’t know where my money is & can’t let me know anything that’s going on until monday , so yeah i got scammed out of 351$ apparently , go anywhere else but here .

1 /5 Carolyn Knowles: They took my money then said they could not cover me. Took 4 days to get my money back when they said 24 hours. Went in and there was zero customer service. Only one even trying was Adolfo (not sure of spelling) he at least greeted me when he came in.

1 /5 Brandy: This place is happy to take your money, even when you tell them your car has been repoed. They just said oh well and kept my money for 3 days of coverage. F this place!
