1 /5 Devin Jones: Incredibly annoying and incompetent company. went for a quote, they cant insure my truck because they dont understand what it is. Its a Japanese import, no big deal. We cant work together. So i leave... Should be the end of the story. BUT these people call me twice a week to see if I am still interested in getting insurance from them.... the insurance they cannot provide. Constantly telling them to stop calling me. They cant even offer me insurance. Now they are calling and when I get upset they tell me I dont have to be rude. Months of being called every few days to see if I want insurance THEY CANT EVEN PROVIDE. Not sure how something this incompetent actually happens but... it is.

She listened to my needs and took her time to find what fit our needs. Professionalism and patience make a world of difference. I no longer live in Waco but their level of service is why i comeback to them. I will recommend her to anyone who ask. Great job, Lina!
