Lorelei Crenshaw LETTY IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Letty started everything off for me before sending me to one of the only 2 bankers in San Antonio that could access the proper paperwork. Once the account was set up I went back into the Seguin branch and Donna helped me get the last few things in order to get my business account up and going. I truly appreciate the help that they have provided me this week! They are stellar humans!

Amanda Bentley I had the easiest and smoothest time getting a loan. Kalia was absolutely AMAZING!! From the moment I called her 5 minutes til close asking a million questions. To helping ensure everything was in order before I walked out the door!!!! Time def well spent. I HIGHLY recommend this place and def get with Kalia! Laura Herrera Margaret the front desk lady is so nice. I dont always understand how to fill out deposit slips for differant accounts and she is so helpful. Great Customer Service.

Amanda Policky My family has used Morgan Stanley as financial advisors for decades. So, I was excited to see if they could help me plan for retirement in the next 10 years and make some investments. My husband requested an appointment through the website and we waited 2 days and had no response. I sent an email stating that no one had called back, and an appointment for a phone call was made. During the phone call, the representative told me he knew my family (had worked with them "for decades") and that he would send me a paper to fill out and send back. After filling out the paper, I waited 2 weeks. No response. I emailed saying that I was going to look elsewhere, since this is the second time I have not been important enough to call back. I got an email saying that "This month has brought with it a tremendous workload we were not expecting, so we are unable to take on new clients at this time." Why wasnt I told that two weeks ago? If you dont think I am important enough to work with, say that. Would not recommend.
