Logan Faught At this AT&T location, Travis was AMAZING! He listened to my issue with my phone, made sure to walk me through his process and was very thorough with investigating the issue all while having a smile on his face! Despite there being quite a lot of customers in the store and few staff, he consistently checked on each customer and really made a point to make sure that you weren’t being ignored. If yall have any phone issues/questions, definitely stop by this location and get help from Travis!
Thor Thornhill Jason Hurta handles all Retirement funds and investing for our 30+ employees at my Engineering firm. My staff comments often about how hands-on he is, how knowledgeable, and most importantly that they can tell he really cares about their future. Id highly recommend Jason to any company I know and do often. Im also aware that he is a Deacon in his church and is well know for having impeccable moral character, which is extremely important for someone handling your money.
K Lewis Registered and funded an account online since there isnt a branch in my state. Truist closed the account two days later. Contacted customer service to find out why and was told I needed to visit a branch to provide identification. I again explained Im no where near a branch and asked if there was an alternate method to verify ID. To send via email, document upload, etc.
The representative stated no, the only way to verify identification is at a branch.
When I asked about my funds in the account, she said she didnt see any money. I corrected her immediately and told her "SunTrust" debited the funds because its on my bank statement. Trust purchased SunTrust and clearly hasnt updated the name but the money left my account. Navy Federal also confirmed Truist withdrew the funds. Trust continued to say they didnt receive any funds and they couldnt reopen the accounts. So I filed a fraud dispute with Navy Federal against Truist.
Cheryl Crowder Very proactive. I received a text warning of suspicious activity early on a Federal holiday. I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. Picked up a new card the very next day...wasnt charged a "new card" fee or mailing charges. Overall, they relieved my stress...very professional & proactive!!
