During our meeting, the process for referral to treatment was explained, and I later received information for a provider. After having no success scheduling with the first provider, I was referred to a second one who never contacted me to set up an initial appointment. I notified the paralegal, who acknowledged the issue and assured me I would receive a call by the following day. I never did.
The lack of communication and follow-through on the firm’s part was evident. They never realized I was not in treatment and made no effort to follow up or check on the status of my case.
Ultimately, my own insurance company handled everything. They repaired my vehicle, addressed all related issues, and resolved the matter entirely, without any involvement or assistance from the firm I hired. To this day, I have not received a single update or follow-up from them regarding my case.
