1 /5 Roland Perez: Bought a new car and called to add it to my current policy with 3 vehicles and that Ive had for over 5 yrs and they came up with a ridiculous amount. They never answer the phone, and when they do its rudeness from beginning to the end of the conversation. If a change is needed change from address or number or replacing a driver there is a fee .I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. This company wants to nickel-and-dime you any possible way. If I had my way I wouldnt even give them 1 single ⭐ awful awful company.

1 /5 nerehida reyes: Recently had 24/7 Insurance do our Permiso for Mexico two weeks before we where actually going to leave so we could have it before we arrived to the border… I call the Friday before we are leaving to go to Mexico I ask if the Permiso was ready the lady I talked to said that everything looked good and that she was waiting on an email from the Bank with the Permiso after that we could never get a hold of her or anyone at the office I understand with holidays that people will be off but with this type of stuff they should have someone we can reach out to… the point is we never got the permiso because it was canceled due to missing information so we get to the border have to call the bank and try to get a refund and had to process a new permiso… lack of communication I would not recommend save your $60 bucks
