Joanne Anderson Alison is fabulous! Caitlin is such a warm and welcoming person. Lindsay was great with me on the phone-so accommodating! And of course Dan is great he created an amazing company. I trust them to the fullest as they always have time for me. So happy we made the choice to work with them!

Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Alisha Kroft Teri went above and beyond for me and did things that she didnt have to just to explain things and she really made me comfortable and I will ask for her especially every time I use h and r block in the future

Kathleen Cox Not a long wait. Helpful staff and case workers. In a great location, has ample parking. They have documents on hand, they can help photo copy your important documents that you need to drop off and scan them in for you for your case worker. I am so happy that I dont have to drive to Norristown to have my needs met.
