We deal primarily with Anthony J Capristo, Certified Financial Planner, and Megan Grilletto, Client Services Assistant. They answer all of our concerns and questions, they are extremely responsive to our goals and needs, and those responses are certainly very timely. Once a year there have been meetings to review activity, goals, questions, and also just to get to know each other better. And now, they fully understand our financial objectives. Communications are very timely via email, text, and phone. If you have a question or concern, they are quick to reply, always available to help. Sarigna A If I could give 0 stars I would. Caitlin Pewitt the claims specialist is terrible. Has no telephone etiquette or sense of urgency when it comes to anything. She’s been terrible and has made this process much more lengthily than it should have been!!! It took me reaching out to her supervisor for her to finally return my phone call and still not be helpful one bit.

jayah handy Journey Tax Chester, Pa has been my go-to tax preparation company for the past 3 years and I swear I’ll never let anyone else prepare my taxes ever again! Lucy has been phenomenal at what she does and she’ll be sure to get you the max amount!! Not to mention the next day advances, it gets no better than this! I haven’t worked in 3 years due to personal reasons but I assure you none of that matters when it comes to the tax guru Lucy!!! Journey Tax, Chester Pa remember the name!!
