5 /5 Jamie HC: The hours of operation should be verified with the office. We arrived at the time it stated online for the office but no one arrived until 2.5 hrs later. The staff apologized for the inconvenience once they saw the long line that had developed. There is very limited parking in front of the facility. You will most likely need to find on street parking. Which if you know Allentown, it is super frustrating to find one early in the day. This facility is bilingual (english/Spanish). The staff is very friendly, informative, and understanding. It took us about 1hr to get attended, based on how many people were in line, this wasnt so bad. If you are a couple, they will tend to you both at the same time to save time for you. Upon arrival you will need to sign in and explain to the front desk clerk why did you come to the office. They will hand you any forms you will need to fill out. The front desk clerk will also ask if you have all the documents you will need to get the service you are requesting done prior to you seeing Yannery (Financial Processor) . They are very thorough, but quick if you have everything you will need. Upon seeing Yannery, she will review any information that will be needed to discuss. She will also provide advice to get a maximum refund if you are doing a tax return. The entire office is cozy and pristine. They take alot of pride in their work. I highly recommend that if you need any sort of assistance with your finances, please call or visit this office. They are very helpful and in knowledgeable. The prices for the services are very reasonable. You are able to make the payments for the services you were provided with a card or cash. I thank this office so much for their assistance and advice. They made my financial service process so simple. Great working with you.
