Vicki Cooke Amazing experience with Derek and John Carr. They were professional and informative in helping us set up our portfolio and most importantly our money has grown tremendously because of their expertise. In addition, John and Derek saved my elderly mother in law from some financial sheisters who were giving her bad advice by simply knowing their stuff. They helped her break away from them without incurring penalties and put her money in accounts where she gets the best return and where it’s safe. Lynn Goldfarb I found the practices of this operation to be deceptive and dishonest. They represented themselves as a division of Fulton Bank (their office was located next to the Royer Dr, branch of Fulton Bank). In fact, they were Raymond James. They told me they would purchase treasury bills for me for free. I opened an account, believing they were Fulton Bank, but when I later contacted them to buy T-bills for me as agreed (and learned they were really Raymond James) they refused to buy the T-bills for me. They wanted to sell me something else they could get cut of. They said had a "fiduciary responsibility" to only make transactions/investments that were in "my best interest" That is to say, in their best interest. Bait and switch at its worst!

Merwyn Price Have had insurance through online companies for years and time to renew. Got quotes from several online companies and Erie. Eries auto insurance (with increased coverage) was a little cheaper than online quotes, and Erie homeowners was significantly cheaper. Overall, saved a little over $1600/year with Erie. And Larry (agent) was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, making the transfer process painless. Highly recommend checking them out.

Kathleen Cox Not a long wait. Helpful staff and case workers. In a great location, has ample parking. They have documents on hand, they can help photo copy your important documents that you need to drop off and scan them in for you for your case worker. I am so happy that I dont have to drive to Norristown to have my needs met.
