Melissa P. I was super stressed having to move around funds. The teller Wendy and the manager Beth went above and beyond to make sure the fund transfer went well. I come in the tellers know me by name and make sure I am doing okay. It reminds me of the family atmosphere of when it was Union Bank. Park Plaza cares about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend using this bank if you want good customer service and caring tellers.
