5 /5 Isabella Brom: 2/4/25 I had called the Hermitage location hoping I could get a last minute appointment for today due to only having fridays off of work and I’m in my probationary period. I luckily was able to get today off and was hoping to be seen because I’m a first time mom and my anxiety has been getting the best of me and just needed some reassurance and make sure everything is ok. Unfortunately, the Hermitage location had no availabilities to get me in today. I had called the Farrell location, and I wish I could remember her name, but the receptionist who I had spoke with was absolutely amazing! Not only was she able to get me an appointment for today, but she was super reassuring and didn’t make me feel like I was being a total pain at all for just wanting to make sure my baby was ok. I feel horrible that I don’t remember her name, but I sincerely am so grateful that I had the experience I did with her today. I wish every receptionist was like her

3 /5 Katie Myers: Some people at the front desk was pretty rude. I was late for an appointment due to bad weather and was unable to get my car clean from ice to get there on time. Granted I was very pregnant at the time, so this was not easy. I called them to let them know before my appointment I was having trouble and was told to keep my appointment. Got there within the timeframe I was given and was denied from being seen (ok makes sense, I was late for my appointment). What upset me was I was talked down to by office staff. That was the only time I was late for any of my pregnancy appointments. I will never forget that. So uncalled for. Loved my midwife though. Other people at the front desk were really nice. The lady who was rude to me needs a major attitude check.

1 /5 Jenny Seidle: *Update* This office left me suffering with endometriosis for 14 years. Ever since I was fifteen I complained of horrific pain and symptoms. They rarely even charted my complaints in my file. Told me it was all “normal.” (Its common, NOT NORMAL) They only offered me birth control to help. When I complained of the side effects I experienced from the birth control I was told thats just how it is. My new specialist realised immediately that I am estrogen sensitive. Switched me to a progesterone only pill. Easy fix. No more bad side effects. Yesterday I had a laparoscopy and was discovered to have widespread endometriosis. Completely ignored for nearly half my life due to this office. In addition- Dr Abramowitz is a joke. During my IUD insertion he told me that the cervix doesn’t have nerves and I would not feel anything but pressure. This was followed by worst pain Ive ever experienced in my life. When I saw him for chronic candida, he tried to convince me that i actually had herpes and said “im looking at your medical history and theres no candida results” i got off the video call with him to find seven positive results in the last ten years. When i told him i was pretty sure birth control was influencing my candida issues and asked about natural family planning he said “the withdrawal method doesn’t work” and refused to give me information. I would think a doctor would know that the withdrawal method is NOT what natural family planning means. (After stopping combo pill birth control i never had another yeast infection unless i was on antibiotics. Its been two years now) I began seeing another doctor at the office who did nothing but push birth control, despite me saying how many side effects it gives me. When i started getting ovarian cysts and wanted a diagnosis, they continued to push birth control telling me that was my only option. Hilarious because not one medical study even shows its effective in preventing cysts. Then after my last ultrasound to monitor my cysts, THE PHYSICIAN NEVER JOINED OUR FOLLOW UP VIDEO APPOINTMENT. When i called the office after waiting forever for them to join, they were closed. I immediately found another doctor. New doctor asked if they ever further cultured my candida tests. Nope, they hadnt. Turns out Ive had ureaplasma parvum and all I needed was an antibiotic. I suffered for years over something one doctor and one test easily answered. All because of the absolute disrespect and lack of care at this office.

5 /5 Jewel Kimberly: I loved it here, I switched doctors originally I was going to be delivering with Sharon regional hospital but their care was nothing compared to UPMC. I never had to wait long for care and they were always so helpful.
