Chic McKnelly Working with Nicole is so easy. We have dealt with so many tax prep professionals over the years and she is by far the best. She is honest and trustworthy. She gives us the confidence and guidance to move through the tax process with ease. Any questions we have are answered quickly. She provides alternatives to preparing for the next tax year and reasons for doing each. She is very accessible (except this wacky year). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an upgrade in their tax prep.

We have a formal meeting and recap of investments once a year. They return our calls with any questions we may have.. This is such a pleasure compared to what we had before with other financial planning groups. Linda Missal I had my 1st. Colonoscopy today. I went to Geisinger on Oak St. I feel it’s important to stress I have what some would consider an irrational fear of going under anesthesia. Once I was in the back and it was time to get changed into my gown, I went into panic mode. I put all my clothes back on and waited for the nurse Haley to come back and let her know that I could not do this and I was leaving. I’m sure it would have been very easy to just let me walk out the doors. They were very busy and had a waiting room full of people, but they did not.. Haley took the time to talk me down and also went and got Chuck from anesthesiology to ease my mind as well. The staff was amazing and continued to check on me and make sure I was OK until it was time for my procedure, Which by the way was over before I knew it Thanks to Nick and Dr. Ravi. I don’t think they realize how much I appreciate what they did for me today. They are a great team.. I have to give one more shout out to Katie my recovery nurse you are a doll.Thank you again.

Jen Dershem The general public may know not know a lot about policies and since he’s the only advisor that showed up, he was called for a question. He kept interrupting my husband and then hung up on him. The way he deals with the general public needs to be worked on.
