Huntington Bank - Washington (PA)

1 /5 Cheryl: We renewed a CD in March and the incorrect rate was applied. As of May 7, we are still waiting for it to be corrected. No one can tell me when it will be fixed! It is only a 5 month CD. I am shocked by the incompetence.

1 /5 Brent Faust: TERRIBLE BANK. They refuse to look into direct deposit issues and have proven to me that it wasnt an issue on my side. Every other week its a struggle for me to get paid. As if earning my check wasnt enough, I have to jump through hoops to get my deposit to clear. And then they charge me $350 in overdraft fees and are rude about it when I call about my direct deposit that will clear those fees. This bank doesnt want your business. They are already too busy with the few remaining customers they have tricked into staying.

5 /5 Angelina Dailey: I have never been to a Huntington and had a bad experience. Ive been banking with them since 2012, I got my husband to switch to Huntington when we got married, they have made every experience effortless. Ive always had great customer service at each branch.

2 /5 S Harris: They placed a 7 day hold on a check that is preventing me from paying my rent on time. They could easily verify the funds are available. Ive been with them for several years and will be making a switch after this. There is absolutely no reason for them to hold the check beyond the standard 3 days.
