1 /5 Mia Gumo: Save your time and bank with NavyFed. We PCS’d from Colorado to ROK and because the 2-step identification used our stateside numbers, we were unable to login. When we attempted to change the mobile numbers and information, we were told we had to upload multiple documents (most of which we did not have because of only having PCS’d recently). They would not allow us to access our funds during the hold as well. NavyFed was a click or a button and a simple call to get the process completed. Needless to say, we will no longer be banking with PenFed.

1 /5 Kukki Jackson: They really took $10 each month from my account for no activity. Meanwhile Ive been waiting to get a new debit card from them, when my exp date expired. $200 have been taken.. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone else anymore. And yes I still have the required $5 that keep your account open. Im just happy I didnt have more money in my account, and that Im alive and safe, because I couldnt imagine being someone dead or in a coma and having my money stolen from my account like this, and the fact this institution had continue to take money from my account instead of closing it out for inactivity and sending me a check in the mail as other institutions would is so distasteful.
