Vicki Cooke Amazing experience with Derek and John Carr. They were professional and informative in helping us set up our portfolio and most importantly our money has grown tremendously because of their expertise. desertmonsoon1 Customer of this bank for 25 years. They are a descent bank. However, consistently are a nightmare to obtain a new bank card from or withdraw larger sums of money. I often need new cards as they wear quickly. Checks are very expensive.
