1 /5 Keith Herber: If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, this Truist branch is for you. I walked in to simply cash a large check..something that should have taken 5 minutes and was instead met with eye-rolls, attitude, and delays. Adam Reed, a teller who clearly prioritizes sipping his coffee over doing his job, made me wait in line twice for a basic transaction, only to act like I was the problem for “interrupting” his apparent break behind the counter. He was condescending, dismissive, and flat-out rude. The entire visit took over 30 minutes just to handle something routine. No accountability. No urgency. No professionalism. This place is a joke, and Adam Reed is the punchline. Avoid this branch at all costs. Youre better off burying your money in the backyard. Oh and if youre going to cash a truist check from their truist bank, have fun!!

1 /5 Jeffrey: Places is terrible my cousin want in there Friday September 5th and deposited a check only thing is he never received the money and when he called yesterday they straight up lied over the phone say u where never here let me check something then call back 30 minutes later saying okay so I see u deposited a check and your phones won’t be available till Monday will it’s Monday and still no god damn money we will both be switching banks when this gets figured out

4 /5 Tom: Great bank to do business with, except the lobby at the 25th street branch in palmer twp , PA is extremely slow. Like very slow. And theres one teller, Peggy, has a major attitude problem. Shes always doing something on her phone or eating something other then her job. She kind of acts like shes annoyed because youre there. Everyone else there is very nice and efficient.
