1 /5 M A: If I could leave negative stars I would. I spoke to an elderly woman to inform her my mother, her banks customer, passed away. Not even a “sorry for your loss” came from her lips. She immediately started giving me unnecessary attitude and disrespect. Wouldn’t answer NON PERSONAL questions but when she would, it would be condescending and rude. I’ve done customer service most my working life and I can tell when someone shouldn’t be working in the people business. Put that woman in the back counting money, not handling customer interactions. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Thank god I don’t have to use this bank for myself.
