1 /5 Zach Threadgill: This used to be a great little agency. They used to have several great employees who were always willing to help. But since they switched to TGIF, its become a nightmare to deal with. The office can no longer be reached by phone for personal assistance. Every time I tried to call, I just got put through a lengthy automated system that always lead to a dead end. I have now switched insurance because of my terrible experience with Voty.
