Michael Renner My personal experience with One Financial Services has exceeded all my expectations. After my parents used them for years and recently passed away I moved everything to One Financial. Starting with the first phone call, Vanessa, who normally answers the phone is always polite, patient, understanding.... After my parents passing Rob was very considerate and helpful making the transition. He assisted with my taxes during this sad time and I know he had my parents in mind when he worked with us. I have found that all my calls were returned promptly and anytime I needed a transaction of any kind it was done expeditiously. Communication with account information and taxes has been way above previous experiences. My bottom line is that I know that if something needs to be done One Financial Services will handle it accordingly. 100% confident with this staff and there abilities.

Sharon Elaine UPDATE: Wednesday, March 3rd. I received a call that my taxes were done and ready to be picked up. The lady was very nice as were the two in the office when I picked them up. Yes it took longer this year than in the past but this isnt a typical year...they had their own clientele plus those from Allegheny Tax, the IRS pushing back the date that you could start filing, the stimulus money plus the IRS electronic filing wasnt up. Overall, I am pleased. UPDATE: Tuesday, February 23rd I called to ask what the status of my income tax was, and spoke with a very nice lady who said that she remembered seeing mine and asked when I dropped it off which I answered last Monday. She said that it will be another week, and said the delay was because the IRS electronic filing was late getting up and running. PRIOR: Val from Allegheny Tax has done my taxes since 2016, and this year would have been no different. I had an appointment to drop off my taxes on Monday, February 15th at 1:00. It is now a week later and I have not heard from them. My taxes are not that complicated. My experience with the lady was pleasant. She waited patiently while I logged into my bank account to answer her questions regarding the stimulus payments. I was told that Val sold Allegheny Tax to Mark at DiGiorgio Financial Group (they grew up together), and that Val retired. I was also told that the electronic filing was not up for the IRS, and that they (DiGiorgio) never did electronic filing in the past so that was all new to them, and that in the past DiGiorgio always completed the paperwork and mailed it or returned it to the customer to mail. I will follow-up with them in a day or two about the status of my taxes and will update the review than.

Kellin Lopez I was getting high prices because of accidents that weren’t my fault. I got quotes from so many companies and this was the first time the agent cared if there was documentation of who was at fault for the accident so that I myself wouldn’t get charged for it, and went through the coverages in detail so I know what I’m paying for. SSG Follow-up review. The Pgh office staff went out of their way to help me find the person and contact information I needed. Pgh office people were very friendly and told me to call back if I did not get results at the main office. When I did reach the person I needed she also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pgh staff!! Much appreciated! The main office where our account is handled is not giving us information we request. They arent even answering our emails.
