1 /5 Dan Hatfield: Customer service is very bad. Ask a question, after asking 5 different people. Someone did finally answer it. When opening a premium green money market account , you have to change it to email statements only, which is great, when I opened account they said this was done automatically. IT IS NOT. You have to change it yourself, which is no big deal , just wish I would have been told that. Definitely gave me wrong information.

2 /5 Polydank: The staff is so hit or miss here, either very very rude, or just bearable. Ask for a cashiers check, and receive a scoff and a "Ugh, do you mean a treasurers check?" I recommend the one at Connellsville Walmart way before I will ever recommend this one.

5 /5 KANALYRAN22: Just opened an account at the Connellsville office. Very pleased so far and love how they can print debit cards in the branch. Everyone at that office was so nice and helpful. This bank has everything Ive been looking for!
