5 /5 KER: I love the new location, at the Fayette Plaza (near Ollies & Giant Eagle). Not just because its extremely close to my home, but also because its much neater. The wait times are still what theyve always been, thats not their fault - they cant help who comes in, when, or how complicated peoples transactions can be. SSA doesnt make the laws. Once I get to the window, often my visit goes quickly. One time I was given incorrect information from an SSA agent at this location, and my Ticket To Work liaison had to handle the matter because of that, but Im not going to hold that against the entire office. Usually everyone is nice & helpful, takes as much time with you as you need, and tries to get everyone in & out quickly. The seats could be a little more comfortable, considering a lot of disabled & elderly people go there, but otherwise its a nice, clean, quiet place.

1 /5 Candy Kennedy: Waited 40 minutes. Had to tell them I was waiting, with an appointment no less. I absolutely hate the phone service. Tired of jumping through hoops to speak to a real live person.

1 /5 Craig Lease: Social security is a joke they tel u can work than they want to cut u off your benefits make some of the lazy bums that can work. Do something. Or they can be cut off of everything i worked 15 years at one job i made a 1 to much they tried to cut me of my benefits but it didnt work
