HairBySamDiane Each and every time I go to this branch I have had outstanding customer service each and every time. Melissa and Chuck, have been awesome. I have encountered with the bank tellers multiple times and also very friendly uplifting customer service. Melissa has been such a sweetheart and I’ve encountered with her over the last few years and she’s simply the best. 10 stars for the White Oak Branch.

Marcus Kevin was super friendly, very patient when technical issues presented themselves, & meticulous when it came to procedure. He is clearly very knowledgeable of the online services & forms at Diamond. He saved me time navigating between the App & web during account setup. Any issues I encountered he confirmed what I experienced then documented them to improve the next user experience. As an IT professional & manager myself Kevin is the type of person I would invest in keeping with my company if I had any say about. Great work Kevin, you’re a rockstar!
