4 /5 Rebel 711: Although I’ve had issues here sometimes , it’s way better branch then by target. I’ve actually never had a bad experience truly here until today. I went to Depsoit money into the atm down by the parking lot (not attached to the building). I was very frustrated that the ATM took my money , I went into the bank , granted yes my attitude could have been better but I had just deposited money for my internet bill and lunch , I was not about to wait 5-7 days to for my bank to return my money. Teller told me to wait for a banker , it was unfortunate it was a new banker , also somehow trainer another new banker. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Anywho. whenever I sat down she told me I shouldn’t use the ATMs that aren’t attached to the building , okay weird I’ve used them 100+ times , she’s new , I get it whatever. Well then she’s like did you Depsoit the cash ? No lady I telepathally put the money in the machine. Just stupid questions , I told her that too , she said I won’t process this transaction if you’re going to be like this. Wow !!! A threat to not preform her job because she incapable of holding a conversation? She should understand some people may not have a lot of funds in this economy and her asking very obviously idiotic questions was going to get an idiotic answer. I cannot fathom threatening to not prefer on my job , because someone is rightfully angry about losing their money.
Bank managers should tell these new employees how to care for customers and that they cannot choice who they work with , they work for the general public, she shouldn’t tell customers that those ATMs are unreliable, and if you aren’t happy with it taking your money , she won’t fix the problem for you. This is not how PNC usually runs , Joyce , Max , Megan , or any of the other old bank tellers would have never treated me with such disrespect!! I’m very disappointed in this new teller!!!
