2 /5 Sarah Lagerman: Set up my account 2 months ago and I still don’t have my debit card I have been calling to get it resent to the correct address, still no card and on top of that my temporary card expires and no one told me even though I called them about 6 times in the last two months at least!

1 /5 Mattwesley: This bank closes at 4pm Monday thru Thursday and 5pm on Friday. What bank closes that early. My second complaint is about my auto loan. This is not my first auto loan ok. Litterly every auto loan I have ever had has had auto payroll deductions. The payments would come automatically out of my checking account. For some Reason this bank does not do that. You have to open a checking account with this bank. I dont want a checking account with this bank. Extremely inconvenient i have to drive to the bank to make a payment.

1 /5 Junkyard Pirate: Staff are mean. I had an account as a teen working minimum wage. Anytime you went under $180 you got fined like $30. And as a teen it happened a lot. First time with money, I bought a lot of junk. But I probably paid them at least $300/year in fines.

1 /5 Amanda Hunter: I would NEVER deal with this bank again. Some of their staff member were very insensitive and rude when I was attempting to deal with my grandfather who passed away and refusing to help.
