Melissa P. I was super stressed having to move around funds. The teller Wendy and the manager Beth went above and beyond to make sure the fund transfer went well. I come in the tellers know me by name and make sure I am doing okay. It reminds me of the family atmosphere of when it was Union Bank. Park Plaza cares about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend using this bank if you want good customer service and caring tellers.

Eric Smith Little late but better then not at all I guess. So I was pre approved 3 years ago for a loan amount that blew my mind. I have ess then perfect credit and this team was the best. Yeah the interest was a little high but given my not so perfect rating I wasnt surprised. They were all very professional and courteous and explained everything and anything. I highly recommend this place for a personal loan or auto. Dont let the negative reviews make you second guess yourself. ( Ps if you get a loan for a bike make sure you get the accident coverage its worth it) dont ever say no I dont need it because I thought the same thing and it backfired on me

Lucy has been phenomenal at what she does and she’ll be sure to get you the max amount!! Not to mention the next day advances, it gets no better than this! I haven’t worked in 3 years due to personal reasons but I assure you none of that matters when it comes to the tax guru Lucy!!! Journey Tax, Chester Pa remember the name!!
