1 /5 Sevki Torlak: Pay off amount store manager gave me 5 days ago was $3.5K. In 5 days , its increased to $7K. Rude and unprofessional employees from A to Z. There is a lady in this store and she had an argument with me and since this argument every time I call this store , im being hold on the phone 30 mins on purpose just because she doesnt like me. Also store manager called me something like a nasty mouth just because I asked why pay off amount is increased to $7K. Rude and unprofessional stuff. Their call center is way worse than aramingo store. Now they dont even pick up my phone. I will also make complaints on beter business bureau and cfpb for customer abuse.

1 /5 Syncear Kenney: SCAM!! BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY.. They tell you what they think u want to hear.. So Unless your willing to put your vehicle up for collateral they will NOT give you a loan it dont matter if its $50 they want your car.. and only after they run your credit they then say no they cant help you unless you give up your vehicle. Long as your willing to put up your vehicle i guess your good. If not avoid this company at all costs! #scam check other reviews they was just sued last year. For scamming!

1 /5 Nanii Torres-Rivera: Manager is very rude and disrespectful to potential clients, didn’t try to help me with better options just wanted me to pay almost double what a previous employee had previously told me would be my loan option . Doesn’t listen to her clients and thinks she knows what is affordable for me and what I should or should not afford to pay. The name she gave was Maria, who also transferred he to the wrong line when I told her I wanted to report her to someone above her . She continuously hung up when I tried to call back to have her redirect me to cooperate.

5 /5 Faith Richards: After years of receiving mailers from OMF, I finally took advantage of their service. At a time of great struggle, OMF came through to help me get my head above water. Their customer care is unmatched by any bank I have ever dealt with. Thank you OMF!
