5 /5 Rebecca Wolfe: Staff were helpful and polite. They made it an easy and comfortable experience. However...I later got a mailed ad offering me a higher amount than I was allowed when I actually took out the loan renewal.

1 /5 Jackie: These people are basically legal con artists…you will be better going anywhere BUT HERE. The branch manager Billie is absolutely terrible and blatantly admitted to me that they will continue to keep taking money out of your account even AFTER your loan is paid in full. And that it is the customers problem to solve…to go to your bank and pay them to block payments is apparently the only way to stop payments after your loan is paid.

4 /5 The Waggs: Carrie was great and very nice to me when coming in after applying for a loan. They are great to work with if you are building credit, or have bad/fair credit. They approved me despite being a college student and working part time during the winter.
