5 /5 Angela Jones: Love the folks that work there and their Experience. Great place to get what you need if you qualify. Really appreciate them in time of need. Great people to deal with.
5 /5 Connie Roche: I also love this place! The employees has always been nothing less than friendly, courteous and professional, and very helpful. I have been dealing with the Meadville Office for about 2-3yrs now. I very much appreciate them all!
1 /5 Mike: They sold my information to other companies, they also lied to me and when I asked them why they lied to me about the application, and why they gave my info out, they had attitude. Jill and Courtney both had attitude and Jill hung up on us 2 times, but tried to be all nice when we let them know we were calling corporate, but refused to say where their branch was because they didnt want to get in trouble. STAY AWAY!
3 /5 joyce farley: The bill says the payment is due June 1 They took it out May 23 which will put me into overdraft with my bank and a charge of 30.00 .I call every month to talk to them Doesnt matter My SS does not get deposited until the second Wednesday of the month, so it is not the same date.
1 /5 Brian McCarty: I would give you zero stars if it were possible. This place had me doing the runaround for weeks to get a loan. I had to do a title change and insurance changes and spend a bunch of extra money I really didnt have, hence trying to get a loan. Kept telling me everything all good just come in and finalize the paperwork. After weeks of running around and doin everything exactly as they wanted, I still ended up sitting in their office for a half an hour just for them to say they couldnt do it. For weeks they said they can do the loan, that I was approved for the loan all I gotta do is sign paperwork. Turns out they were lying the whole time, tried telling me they couldnt do the loan because my mileage was different from what I said on the phone by a couple thousand. This place is a joke, I would not recommend this place to anyone for a loan. Youre better off getting a loan from some shady stranger in an alley than to deal with this place
