John Opachinski Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I cannot give enough thanks to the Team at Wilkes-Barre Spring Street location!! My wife and I were the victims of Scammers from a Web-site selling Eyeglasses. The Scammers hacked our PayPal account. The entire Spring Street staff was ultra helpful, reassuring, accommodating and willing to help us navigate next steps. We stated out with Yaritza who was great, then to Amber. Amber knew exactly what to do, and who to contact. We cannot express how comforting and gracious Amber was!! She exceeded our needs, and did everything in her power right from her station. She cancelled account, got us new Debit Cards, set up a new Checking Account, so on and so forth. What Amber could not complete in her scope, she contacted their backline team, and then brought the Branch Manager Gylaine into the loop. Gylaine took the time out of her busy afternoon to assist and answer any of our concerns. Glyaine even called us back at the end of day with a detailed update. In the days leading up to our visit to CVFCU were upsetting and tumultuous for my wife and I. In leaving CVFCU we both felt as though the weight of the word was lifted off us. That was directly due to Amber, Yaritza and Gylaine. If you are not a member, let this review serve as a heads up on what you can expect from CVFCU - join!!!!!! Thanks again to Gylaine and her team, and to everyone at the main office also.

Jon Allen This bank has technology issues and communication issues. Within the span of two weeks, I had my card locked due to suspicious activity, upon receiving a new card, it had issues after activation, multiple charges for the same purchase, return and refunds could not be processed, and all kinds of miscommunications between customer, branch and card services. Also my, credit card would not show any transactions, yet showing I have a balance to pay, but I cant see what was charged. I cant trust them to handle a few small issues that takes a lot of work on my part to get resolved, how can I trust them with my life savings? Closing my accounts and moving on to a trustworthy bank.

Jane Hill Sara is extremely unprofessional and has an attitude that makes it impossible to verify the legitimacy of the debt. She refused to send me proof of the bill and hung up after rambling about how it was the co-payment from the medical company. I do not recall receiving statements from the medical company showing that I had a debt, and her hostility makes it impossible to ensure that this is not a scam. She should be ashamed to treat people the way she does.

Debra Kortvely I have been dealing with Kevin and his staff for several years. The staff and Kevin are always there to help answer any questions and offer assistance. I was glad I chose to use his services and it provided me a early retirement. Kevin and his staff are top notch people and I feel very comfortable with his financial advise to help me enjoy life.

D. Wit Fantastic financial strategist. He explains financial paths you can take and the investments it takes to achieve your goals. It also helps that he makes it easier to understand for non saavy investors like myself.
