After my parents passing Rob was very considerate and helpful making the transition. He assisted with my taxes during this sad time and I know he had my parents in mind when he worked with us.
I have found that all my calls were returned promptly and anytime I needed a transaction of any kind it was done expeditiously. Communication with account information and taxes has been way above previous experiences.
