Acceptance Insurance - New Castle

Kellin Lopez I was getting high prices because of accidents that weren’t my fault. I got quotes from so many companies and this was the first time the agent cared if there was documentation of who was at fault for the accident so that I myself wouldn’t get charged for it, and went through the coverages in detail so I know what I’m paying for. I appreciate the money you saved me and the patience you had, thank you Shadia Guzman

MERHO Federal Credit Union - Johnstown

Charlene Goldberg I dont know what credit union Todd went to, but it was not the one located on Irene St. The staff there is always so helpful and just a great group of people. They have always gone above and beyond in their help and caring for their members. The lesson that I have learned, is too treat people the way that you would want to be treated. Maybe all people should live by that. Merho is the best

Delaware County Assistance Office - Chester

Mike Submitted the renewal application for my grandmothers benefits 2 months ago, back on the first week of June, as of today, August 5, the application still has not been processed, the case worker, a Miss Gordon, calls once super early in the morning, asking to return her call, then proceeds to never answer despite calling 30+ times My grandmothers benefits were set to expire on July/31 and this is the same exact BS that happened last year as well where the case worker then never got around to processing it, and my grandmothers benefits ended up lapsing for an entire month
