I have been a loyal customer of [Bank Name] for a long time and have always appreciated the excellent service I’ve received. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience with an employee I had never seen before.
During my visit to member first in lebanon pa . I found the employee’s attitude and service to be unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way she handled my transaction and responded to me, I simply said, “I didn’t like your service.” To my surprise, she replied, “Do you want my name? Here you go. Because if you’re going to complain about me, I have someone who will defend me.”
I find this response completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, and employees should maintain professionalism at all times. I have always spoken highly of this bank because of its excellent service, but this experience has made me reconsider my perception.
I would like this matter to be addressed appropriately, as I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect. I look forward to your response regarding how this issue will be handled.
