1 /5 Kathy Lee: After they filed our taxes incorrectly last year, they offered a sincere apology, so we gave them another chance. That was our mistake. The owner scheduled us an hour before the office actually opened and we had to call to see what was going on. When the preparer finally arrived, we were made to feel like an imposition and rushed. Even though they went over the files to make sure they were correct, again, they made mistakes. By the time the owner returned my husband’s call, we had heard back from the IRS regarding the problem with our filing. The owner only offered an apology instead of refunding any of the preparation fees. When the owner told my husband it would never happen again, she was right. We will never go back and pay hundreds for their unprofessional services. You have been warned.

1 /5 Craig Lease: They still your money i filled a tax return a few years ago and they told me I was getting it all back i did not. They had no clue what they was doing. The mall does them four free

5 /5 Honey Bee Galla: Laquita at the Uniontown office was my preparer for my taxes she was very informative and knowledgeable about getting my maximum refund. Listen i been going here for years and she is by far the best hands down. If you make a appointment call for her but trust me you may need to call and make a appointment if you want her. Thanks laquita
