Mike Submitted the renewal application for my grandmothers benefits 2 months ago, back on the first week of June, as of today, August 5, the application still has not been processed, the case worker, a Miss Gordon, calls once super early in the morning, asking to return her call, then proceeds to never answer despite calling 30+ times My grandmothers benefits were set to expire on July/31 and this is the same exact BS that happened last year as well where the case worker then never got around to processing it, and my grandmothers benefits ended up lapsing for an entire month

Barb Murphy I cant say enough good about this business. Brock was advisor to my husband with his years at Fox Pools. I was rarely involved, content to let my husband and Brock work it all out. Larry trusted Brock implicitly, and therefore, since Larry recently passed, I was just "out there" with our finances, but have the best money manager I can ever imagine in Brock.
