chris pachuilo I can see there are some bot accounts here adding their “reviews”. Very poor behavior from other companies. GL financial has provided the same consistent, transparent and lucrative service to me and my friends for the past 5 years. They have gone extra lengths to ensure they get you the most return back or little pay in as possible. There has never been an issue with any of my taxes the past 5 years, and I can say the same for those who I referred.

Alicia Adams My 14 year old son and I went here today because my son was looking for a starter electric guitar. Fernando Was awesome. He took the time to talk to my son about his future and give him some great pointers On life. A lot of people don’t talk to teenagers but Fernando talked to him with respect and also gave my son a really great deal on the guitar. I just thought his customer service and overall kindness deserved to be mentioned. My brother was with us who is a long time musician. He thought there was a good selection of musical instruments, and the prices were very fair.

Juvencia V. Nothing like being lied too! I am extremely disappointed. Spoke with a lot of csr’s there. Due to “timing” of when I filed my income tax return and when payment was due - I was told by 4 people I would get my income tax check reversed and send back to me. You see they applied it to my loan. AFTER hey told me I was going to get my money back. So like a complete fool I kept checking my mailbox. I called them yesterday 30 aug - just to be told it was applied to my interest. I asked how can they tell me that, when it wasn’t true? Supervisor Dante and manager Stephanie all they could say was I’m sorry. They shouldn’t have said that. What we can do is listen to the phone recordings and tell the supervisors to retrain them. WHATTTTTTT? Stephanie told me she didn’t see any notes on there where the reps told me it was reversed. I was even told it would be submitted for review, that was probably a lie. Because right after that I called back and sure enough she told me the check is coming from the irs so it might take up to 30 days? Well glad they are going to get retrained on me! From the beginning of this arrangement I went into to pay my student loan back- they kept reiterating if I do this: my income tax will NOT be withheld nor will my pay be garnished. All LIES! I loath being lied too! I wouldn’t be surprised if they garnish my check. They don’t FREAKING know what they are doing. Thank you Navient! This is not the end. I am seeking answers! Unbelievable how they are allowed to play with your money. Knowing full well every human being has bills to pay. So shouldn’t a call be made before you keep or withdraw money from someone. You can’t play with people’s money.

Danielle Edmond I applied for a vehicle loan. Talked to a guy named David Scholtz. He informed me that I had past due student loans. I had no idea bc I never went to college and said I would dispute it. We proceeded with the loan, got a bill of sale, drove 2.5 hours to see the ehicle and test drive it, Dave sent me my monthly payment amount. I asked for the APR percent. He said to Google it. I said what do you mean? You cant tell me what percent Im signing for? He said to google the Rule of 78. I was off-put that he wouldnt tell me but I googled it and replied too him, that according to Google, that lenders, even ones usuing the Rule of 78, have to disclose the amount of the APR... so then he emailed it to me. I set everything up with the dealership to proceed. After realizing there was a closer location, I asked to have my application transferred so i wouldnt have to drive across town to complete the loan. I had even made sure that they werent commission-based so there will be no loss to Dave and they arent. They said they would transfer it. The next day, I called again and they said I was now denied. I asked why, they said bc I had student loans. I said, he knew that before we started. HE was the one who even made me aware of it. I tried to talk to him twice and he was "busy" each time. I never said anything negative or raised my voice but let it be known my experience was extremely disheartening and ppl need to know how they operate.
