Jessica Hartman ★☆☆☆☆ – Harassment, Lies, and Zero Professionalism Nexus Financial is the most persistent, unprofessional, and downright harassing company I have ever dealt with. For over a year, they have bombarded me with 3–12 spam calls a day from constantly changing phone numbers. I’ve blocked over 50 different phone numbers, and the calls just keep coming. For the record, I have never used this company or requested their services in any way. I’ve spoken with multiple representatives, confirmed the name of the company, and requested to be placed on their “Do Not Call” list several times. I was told each time that my number would be removed. It’s been well over 30 days since my last request. My number is also on the National Do Not Call Registry — which clearly means nothing to them. Today was the last straw. I answered a call, asked AGAIN to be removed, and the representative argued with me, claimed they’ve never called me, talked over me, and tried to push their services. When I asked for a manager, he raised his voice, belittled me, and hung up on me. This company’s behavior is abusive, illegal, and a blatant violation of consumer rights. They do not respect “Do Not Call” laws, they lie to your face, and they harass people into exhaustion. If you value your peace, privacy, and sanity, avoid Nexus Financial at all costs. I’m reporting them to the FTC and encourage anyone else being harassed by them to do the same.

Mike Glacken I cannot say enough good things about Tina! She truly cares for her clients and makes sure all of your needs are met to the best of her ability. Ours took over a week to finish, but she kept us updated the whole way to the end and was very patient. I recommend her for any and all of your loan needs! Shes the best!

Chris Haught This is one of the better pawn shops Ive been to. The owner is super cool, and will carry on a conversation with you while you are buying or selling. Hes always been really fair in pricing when buying or selling. He doesnt try to knock you down on selling your stuff, his prices are great compared to other shops like his. Cool guy to talk to, great customer service and extremely friendly. This place is my go to for tools great selection!

Pete Swartz I’ve had such a great experience working with Cristina at Trumark. From the moment I walked into the branch, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported. They take the time to really listen, explain options clearly, and always look out for what’s best for their members. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care, but Cristina does exactly that. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone—especially because of the outstanding leadership and service provided by Cristina!

Dennis K. McCann Great office building complex you have to have a reason to get in there they will take your temperature and security is up to par. No funny business! And they have several ATMs.
