Not only did that make me feel like a valued customer, but it also showed me how strong the teamwork is in this office. I am a repeat customer and always have a pleasant experience here.

2 /5 David Dries: I had some complications which required my preparer to reach out to her supervisors. In that process some knew what to do but some who answered the phone from my preparer opted to blame others instead of putting qualified supervisors on the phone to properly put the customer first. I dont blame my preparer for making me (a physically handicapped individual) wait for approximately two hours. I do hold accountable the person that was unprofessional to her preparer and seemed to not care that I was sitting there for hours for what would have been approximately in half the time. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again, I hope they will learn to LISTEN to their prepares as well as prioritize their customers.
