Jay Lore I had an excellent experience with Naomi Surillo. She is a class act and gave me extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend One Main. I have been a customer since 2012. I also met Dave, the branch manager. He is very friendly and welcoming. There was a slight hiccup with the first payment, but it was quickly resolved. Fast, efficient five-star service. Melissa Davis I arrived at the office at 2:40 pm to be able to pay an occupancy application, and I needed the tax information, one of the ladies was very rude to me and did not want to assist me, she told another lady to help me. and she gave me the information in a hurry, they told me that the offices close on Fridays at 3pm, but on the entrance door and on the website it says that it closes at 4pm, I think they should better train people that provide customer service.

Jeff Click Geo Ken must be confused with how rating an office works. Tom has been my financial advisor for years. He walks me through the entire process of what is happening with my money and explains everything in detail so I can understand what Im doing. I now live in a different state, but Tom has been great to me, so I will be keeping my money with him and Edward Jones. Thanks Tom!
