Adam Y. Went inside to teller to cash a check that was written from BB&T. Teller informed me there is an $8 FEE for cashing THEIR OWN check because I do not have any accounts with them. Then she asked what bank I use and that they would love to have me close my account with my current bank and open one with them. I almost laughed out loud. Interesting way to solicite new customers, by charging them to cash their own check.

Fran Ragusa I’m living here for the past 5 years and I love it. It has camera’s throughout the building which makes me feel safe. The apartments are spacious with large closets,appliances,central air. Complex is clean. Manager and staff are great. Many activities that they provide that are fun to participate if you chose.

Jason Insdorf Setup a heloc with Anthony. I knew nothing about chrome credit union. I found them using an AI search. So glad I did. Their terms were better than everyone else’s and Anthony made the process a breeze. And the branch is really personable and cozy as is Anthony. And wow the picture on his desk of that king salmon he caught. I was jealous of that. Very minimal paperwork involved and most importantly a personalized experience. Even though the branch is a bit far from my residence I am seriously considering taking my money out of pnc and giving it all to chrome. They have atm reimbursement and Zelle so I really don’t need a branch near me. Definitely recommend this bank for anyone looking for a personalized friendly experience

I got quotes from so many companies and this was the first time the agent cared if there was documentation of who was at fault for the accident so that I myself wouldn’t get charged for it, and went through the coverages in detail so I know what I’m paying for.
